The aim of the Foundation:
The Foundation does not engage in direct political activity, its organization is independent of parties and does not provide them with financial support.
The aim of the Foundation is to support the development of children, youths, adults and persons disadvantaged in terms of the labor market, and to provide, train and employ the services necessary to create independent living conditions, while observing the requirement of party neutrality and operating in a politically neutral manner.

- Shaping an environmentally conscious approach to life, including sensitization and training related to sustainability and responsible animal husbandry.
- Cultural, informational and communication activities (e.g. local mass communication, artistic activity, preservation of cultural heritage, public collection, publishing, protection of the built environment, folk art, preservation of traditions, public education, nurturing of minority and national culture).
- Organization and operation of occupational rehabilitation and labor market services, transfer of experience, expert activity.

Nature of the Foundation:
The Foundation is open, and any domestic or foreign natural or legal person can join it at any time during the existence of the Foundation by making a financial contribution of their choice. The fact of joining does not qualify the joiner as a founder, and he cannot exercise founding rights. However, the applicant has the right to make a proposal to the board of trustees regarding the use of his property benefit.
